Question
Assalaaam O Alaikum. The helping material Provided on vulms from work plan and methodolgy is insufficient to get a good idea. Is there any good material for doing this . If any one has, then please discuss it here. Answer I don't think that the helping material provided by VU is insufficient.....anyways i will give u a brief over view of methodology & work plan phase. first of all u will discuss the existing software development life cycle models like water fall model, spiril model, fountain model, rad model etc etc... then u have to decide which developemnt model u prefer to use to develop ur own project by considering ur project reauirements. u can also use combination of two development model........VU sugess to use "VU process model" that is the combination of Water fall and spiral model. VU process model is basically water fall model with itterative feature of spiral model. After that u have to do team building and task assignment if there are more than one member in your project bt it is optional. after that u have to build work schedule and its time line gantt chart by using MS project and thats all.
